For the price I paid for this room is totally worth it. Maybe this time of the year the hotel ambience is very quiet. The view from the room is beautiful and big. The bed was comfortable. The only bad here is the breakfast. Everything is cold. Can totally skip it if you are not used to Turkish breakfast

RAN AWAY

Ran away.
I've never left another hotel in my life.
After seeing the room, which was absolutely not up to par for a 4-star hotel, we decided to stay. But when after dinner, we returned to the hotel and said goodbye to the front desk, 20 minutes later we received a phone call asking for our documents again (which we'd given at check-in and had photographed). I said I'd get them the next day, but I heard the people who'd called me from the front desk laughing as if they were joking.
After a few more minutes, we received another call from the front desk for the same reason. I was annoyed at the constant disturbance, so I told them it wasn't worth calling so late, since we'd already had the documents at check-in.
A few minutes later, I decided to call back, trying again to explain that if they needed the documents, we'd give them to them as soon as we woke up in the morning and that it was time to go to sleep. In response, the front desk hung up on me.
Given the utterly disruptive and unsettling situation, having my family and young daughter with me, I immediately contacted another hotel (a true 4-star) to reserve a room. After getting dressed and collecting my bags, I left the hotel and checked out.
I've never had to leave a hotel in the evening due to such absurd behavior.

A terrible hotel doesn’t seem to mind—it’s a bad property and a terrible hotel that’s too bad to be a man to talk about at the front desk as well as quality. They put people with no vocabulary training at the front desk as a hotel host

“I believe this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The breakfast was terrible, and the service was poor.
I can’t rekommenderas antingen more SAD😭😭😭😭

Ulus is one of the oldest districts in Ankara, there are several buildings over 100years that witnessed the early years of Turkish Republic. the hotel is a walking distance to such places and at the heart of public transportation to many other parts of the city. Turist Hotel is good for budget travellers, form front desk staff to the night manager, from breakfast lounge staff to house keeping staff thanks to everyone who helps the guests feel at home.
