The great deception

I stayed for just one night, but there are many issues that need addressing:
- the restaurant tablecloths are stained;
- the service is terrible, missing cutlery, plates, etc.;
- the food is of very poor quality;
- the hardwood floor is sticky;
- the rooms have non-adjustable air conditioning;
- the curtain in the room fell to the floor without being touched.
I will bring these issues to the agency's attention.

Rooms were celan. Staff was wonderful and smilling all times. But there was a problem on the toilet due to ventilation. There were bed smell.

Recommendation

The service, the staff, the cleanliness were all good. I've been to this hotel before for a meeting and haven't stayed. On February 1-2, my wife and I stayed 1 night on my business trip in Ankara. We were very pleased. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was very good and good. The room we stayed in was very spacious. The rooms were old, but the furnishings were very nice. It''s got a large and lovely bathroom. The bathroom included both a shower Cabin and bathtub. The hotel overall was neat and clean. Recommendation.

Thank you very much to the first lady Beste who visited us with her friendly conversation and lively smiling eyes. It''s beautifully clean and the employees are attentive, making for the beautiful palace experience.
