Excellent service

Everything was perfect, but I especially want to mention Ms. İlayda, who helped us at the breakfast area. She made us very happy with her friendly service and the tea and coffee she served us. Many thanks to her…

Spa department

My wife and I visited the spa department at Florya Grand Hotel. Mr. Savaş was very attentive and his experience was very helpful to us regarding the spa. We were very satisfied with the service we received. They were friendly and very experienced in massage techniques. Thank you so much for everything. I also recommend it for everyone to experience. ♥️♥️
