The attentive and friendly team
My wife and I had a good weekend getaway. The jacuzzi in the suite room was fantastic. It’s in the heart of Ankara, making it an advantage for easy transportation. The front desk and restaurant staff were very attentive, and we thank the whole team.

COME RETURN?
We stayed overnight in room 408 at the Demonti Hotel in Kavaklıdere. We were three (with our 15-year-old). We signed in at 5:30. We paid €4500 in breakfast. The location is really central, which is a big bonus.
There was a young lady at the front desk. He knew what it was and the process was fast. But a little more welcoming would make you feel better. We did not encounter any issues in the process, though.
Belboy was really kind. Leaned from front to park under rain. That was subtle. She moved our bags and helped. Completed the room breaches right away. We thank them!
We entered the room with a heavy smell coming from the bathroom. It was felt all night long as the toilet door didn’t close completely. Probably ventilated but annoying. Plus, there was no hygiene tape on the bathroom cover. While this may seem like a small detail, it gives you confidence in cleanliness—whether or not you want to hesitate.
There was a crack on the sheet. Bathroom closet was worn out. The ventilation space was pretty small. A cup of the closet was missing. These aren’t big, but you want a little more attention when you enter the room.
I asked at the entrance specifically if the room was prepared for three people and said it was ready. But when we walked in the room, the sweaters, water, and glasses were for two. When we said so, it was complete. The attention was fast, but it felt better if it was complete at first.
We went out in the evening. When we returned around 11:30, the main entrance and lobby were dark. The front door was closed with covers. We were transported through a different door, marked with the officer behind the glass. Somewhat surprised then. At that time, it’s like this entry field leaves a question mark on you.
Breakfast was simple and adequate, it was like a home breakfast. Only the box of orange juice was really thin, and if the brand changes, the quality perception increases.
The promotional film in the elevator was probably another hotel of the same property.This could be a marketing preference. But you might prefer to see the hotel’s promotion in detail.
“Don’t disturb / room cleaning” card system was creative and nice. For breakfast, the gentleman solved a small outlet/tea problem in a very professional way. The staff were overall polite and helpful.
5 car parking is available. The location is really good.
Will I come back?
If my business is central in Ankara and the balance of price and performance is a priority for me, I might think yes. But with a little more attention to room maintenance and hygiene, the answer is a much clearer “absolutely.” It has the potential to provide a much better experience with a little more attention.

The location is good and the staff was generally polite. However, the internet service was extremely unreliable throughout the stay. The connection was weak, frequently disconnected, and often unusable, which made it very difficult to communicate and get basic online tasks done.
Reliable internet is essential for guests, and this was a major issue during the stay. Improving the WiFi quality would significantly improve the overall experience.

I checked in to another hotel in Ankara for my business trip, but due to the inconveniences I experienced, I didn’t want to stay, so I searched and chose this hotel. Good thing, everything from our intersected staff to their rooms was very good, thanks for everything.
