Absolute horror

Absolutely horrific staff kicked me and my family out first day beacause kids were playing in the pool and making a bit of noise kids were trying to have a nice time in the pool and they kicked us out we didn’t have no were to go luckily my mates from turkey sorted a place out for us to stay we was 6 families with kids ruined our holiday had to ac in the room and pool is not even theres DO NOT GOT TO THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will not recommend taking family to this hotel as my kid dropped coco pops in our hotel room and got charged £77 worst hotel

AVOID

Worst experience ever AVOID!
DO NOT COME WITH FAMILY THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE PLUS THE AC DIDNT EVEN WORK FOR ONE OF MY ROOMS!!
THE SWIMMING POOL WAS ACROSS THE ROAD NOT EVEN PART OF THE HOTEL AVOID ESPECIALLY WITH FAMILY !!!!!!

The beautiful holiday ended with a bug and power break.

We went 5 people. Rooms are in a kitchenette lounge that''s not good for a busy family. When the carpet opens in the room inside, the room is cold and the living room is burning. Cleanliness good staff friendly manager and batuhan gentleman related problem solving hotel also no generator The biggest problem when this electric goes life ends without air conditioning so one night ago we were leaving the hotel and asking for a boring fee was their mistake that ragmen did not pay back in the room there was a huge hammock there climbed there.Unfortunately, a resolvable issue is not resolved in such a central location hotel. 5 people ended up on the sleepy road with a beautiful holiday disorder.
