We had a truly memorable stay at Dar Chick Yahia. What makes the difference here is not just the location, but the atmosphere felt upon arrival.
One quickly feels at ease, almost like a guest at friends' home, while maintaining the comfort of a true guesthouse. The exchanges with the owners are natural and enriching, and their advice allows for discovering the island in a different way.
The setting is simple, sincere, and unpretentious, which is a pleasant change from more standardized establishments. Special mention for the meals that bring a true local touch to the experience.
Here, one does not just consume a stay; one lives it. And when the time comes to leave, one takes away more than just memories: a feeling of having truly taken a break.
The place will particularly appeal to those seeking tranquility, authenticity, and a certain disconnection.
A place I will keep in mind for a future stay.

A bubble of tranquility on Djerba!
Dar Chick Yahia is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Houm Souk, and enjoy with your family!
The beach on foot in 4 minutes is really amazing, very beautiful and nobody on the horizon (it was early November but it was 25-30° and a zenith sun)
The sunset is worth a visit!

Book without hesitation.
The owners are very welcoming.
They can give you ideas for tours and book taxis for trips. The restaurants are 7.8 km away but Sophia is an excellent cook and she offers an evening meal at a reasonable price. We eat fresh and Tunisian cuisine.
Come in without hesitation, you will not be disappointed.
In addition, magnificent swimming pool.
It was truly a successful vacation.
