Deplorable experience from the first night. So-called 4 star hotel, but nothing justifies it. Unpleasant staff, water cut, very poor breakfast with poor quality products. The pool was empty, without any explanation. The bedding is uncomfortable, impossible to sleep well. We were told that there was parking, but there was no parking. And when I claimed, I was just told: “You can get your money back and you leave.” No consideration for the customer. I would definitely not recommend.
