SUMPTUOUS

I stayed at the hotel while in Togo. It seems like the rooms were recently renovated but the bathrooms were not as the amenities were really old. The food however was sumptuous and a delight each time i eat at the restaurant. Wifi was an added delight though.

My business partner arrived at your hotel on Sunday, August 15.
His name is Cherevaty Vladimir Cherevatyy Vladimir.
Since he is in your hotel, he is treated simply as an animal.
Not only can he not go out to buy food and water, they simply do not let him out. He has not eaten since August 15!!!!!!
Today his toilet broke down, they told him if you want us to fix it for you, pay money.
They don't go to him to clean the room. And he has already lived for 5 days. And they never came to him or cleaned up. They said if you want them to get out, pay!!! There
are no air conditioners in your hotel, so you have to open the windows so as not to suffocate from the heat. Mosquitoes fly in through the open windows, which have bitten Vladimir, who is in your hotel. Vladimir has asked many times to give something from mosquitoes, since it is simply impossible to stay in the room, and it simply does not work out, his whole bed is covered in blood from mosquito bites. And so it continues for the fifth day.
And for such accommodation and service, a person pays $ 100 per day. I ask you to deal with this situation as soon as possible, resolve all issues and no longer allow such an attitude to Vladimir, your client. I hope that we will be able to resolve this situation with you, so that I do not have to complain about your hotel and your staff to a higher organization.

Acceptable but not great

Was brought to this hotel after missing Ethiopian air connection from New Jersey, a common problem. Hotel is a bit tired but staff was welcoming and service was good. Food (dinner and Breakfast) were decent. No t a place we would pick but it wasn’t too bad.

Ok Hotel

We arrived here and were lodged by the airline because we missed the flights to our various destinations. The staff at the reception and bar were very nice and helpful, helping to provide information on places we could go out to. At the restaurant, it was different-some of the staff were ok, others were really grumpy. If felt like the hotel was not prepared for the number of guests they received that night. At the bar, we almost got ripped off by a staff, who inflated the cost of some drinks and didn't think we would cross-check the bill against the drinks menu. Again, at the restaurant we received a printed menu with only 2 meal options (we were being lodged by the hotel). The rooms smelt damp and the drain in my bath was blocked. I had to shower with my feet in the blocked sink and room service were. The house keeping were helpful and quick when they were called upon to fix the issue. On the positives, the shuttle service was swift and very good- staff were very helpful.

Go only if you do not have to take a shower

This hotel is rated 4 stars but it is really not equipped to serve business people.
For 3 days I could not take a decent shower and had to use bottles and often appearance of water in the basin in order to wash myself. Although I have been moved to another room the problem with water kept appearing. This hotel has conference facilities and good staff with good orientation for service but the rooms were unacceptable and infrastructure must be corrected. I do not recommend this hotel for business travel.
