Exceptional top tier hotel in Lomé
I had an exceptional stay at the Hotel 2 Février. An airport pick up was flawless and on time. Check in very efficient. The apartment was spacious with a king bed, master bathroom with a shower and tub and a large living room with a kitchen and a half bathroom. Room service was excellent. I also arranged a city tour with a hotel driver. The gym is well equipped and the pool is amazing .

Meet with an excellent manager
The hotel is nice, the location is nice, we stayed 2 nights in 15th floor, the room was very good, nice and clean. Our dinner near the pool and our lunch in 1st floor, was really not good, the staff need alot to be working from their heart! The buffet during lunch is almost totally african! We understand to put some african dishes, but also you need to know that you have european guests! We ate salad and fruits! This is not acceptable from the best hotel in Togo! And the live cooking chef was the worst! With attitude! What really made our experience good, was we met a very good manager, his name is “Mr.Amir”, very helpful, very elegant, with high self convidence, he is really very hospitable, and multitask person, me and my assistant we highly suggest to let him handle relations with guests, he will really let all your guests leave with good experience! I consider him as very good asset, with his knowledge, use him as consultant as well not only guest relations.

If you book with Expedia, please make a pay attention to your booking. The hotel does not necessarily pay full attention when we checked them we were put into the wrong room until we were able to catch it. The spa was amazing a bit dated, but overall the services were really great. The food was great as well. Service was great. Overall the Internet was terrible. The junior suite was comfortable, however a bit dated if the Internet had worked and the hotel have been kept up-to-date. It would’ve been a five.

Bad food and bad reception
We came 3 nights during the beginning of May 2026, the hotel was very nice, the room was comfortable and clean, but really they need to improve their reception services, the team there, are selfish and rude, they don’t care if you are served or not, even the bellboys, they see you as money only, if no tips or exchange money, they never assist you (mafia) either with lugagge or with other informations, it’s like they don’t have salary! And the real big problem are the restaurants(1 on first floor, 1 by the pool, 1 asian in last floor), no one knows how to serve, how to take order, no one assists you or guides you to the table, even no one smiles. The food quality also is not good! Specially the seafood section! We came 2 years back, and things were really much more better in service and food. We knew that the GM has been changed, the staff told us, but unfortunately, things are really not well. Good that our room was really very well done and service by Mr. Thierry, otherwise the hotel could be zero.
