However, the carpets and facilities are outdated, and there are coffee stains on the walls.
The shower leaks into the rest of the bathroom, and the towels are frayed with holes in them.
The air conditioner is noisy, and the windows have poor soundproofing, making rainy days extremely loud.
Additionally, the hotel policy only provides two complimentary bottles of water on the first day, regardless of my 4-night stay.
Given the market rates in Taiwan, this level of quality needs many improve for $90–$100 USD a night.

Smelly night
After a smelly first night, we called the housekeeper to come in and change the bedding.
The housekeeper put the clean sheet on the floor while changing the dirty, smelly one on our first night.
Shockingly, I have to offer to hold on to the clean sheet so the housekeeper can replace it.
Or it's going to be from the floor straight to my bed.
Wish to move out ASAP, but we paid for the whole week, and there are no refunds.
The only selling point for this hotel is its location, and nothing else.
