Great value...modern with a touch of style.

I am sorry but the gentleman who wrote the review below calling this hotel 'a very had and unworthy experience' has clearly stayed at a very different hotel from the one I am staying in. I also note that almost all of the other reviews here rate this hotel highly and rightly so.
Staff are friendly, the hotel has spotlessly clean, modern rooms with nice touches - some tasty treats in your room and a happy hour - a very happy hour - with free wines and nibbles along with a more than adequate gym. It is not a five star hotel, but nor are its prices. Well located, near to the night market - my only wish is that the toilets had instrurctions in English so I didn't need google translate to operate them! Nice hotel, good value....

(extreme disappointment)Name-disproportionate high price trap: cheap quality sense and worrying hygiene conditions

Staying in numerous hotels at home and abroad was one of my most disappointing experiences. The high cost of accommodation in Taiwan has long been a fact, but "expensive" must be reasonably expensive. This hotel, to me, is the product of trying to mask the extremely cheap nature of the luxurious packaging, entirely under the pursuit of extreme cost down.
Serious shortcomings of this accommodation:
• Service simulation: The label "exclusive manager" service, in fact, many phone calls are not answered. This corresponding level is not even better than even the budget tour of $2500 per night.
• Cheap hardware and poor maintenance: The decor looks noble, the actual material is rough, construction is simple. The most basic TV remote (Netflix) is not available, hardware details are completely sorry for the price.
• Poor facilities: Apart from the extremely narrow gym, there are few other accessories, and there is no logic of high pricing.
• Worrisome hygiene (most unacceptable): 6 obvious rashes in the shock arm after leaving the room, seriously questioning the cleanliness and environmental hygiene of the beds in the room.
• Speech packaging: The hotel is good at using sophisticated vocabulary to accumulate the value of service, but after the actual stay, it is poor, allowing people to live out of the fire.
Summary:
The only advantage is "transportation convenience". It was a very bad and unworthy experience, no matter the service, hardware or the most basic cleanliness, it was completely uncompliant with its expensive charges. Next time I'd rather spend a little more money staying at the Orthodox Five Star Hotel and I'd never consider it here.

Room was kept incredibly clean with really good bilingual service. The afternoon tea was complimentary and had really good snacks. I'd happily refommend the hotel to anyone

Good and nice staff. Room is big and clean. Location is perfect for using call or call taxi, walkable distance to night market. 7mins walk to subway station.

Amazing hotel. Great amenities, modern and clean and great service by staff. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting again
