This hotel is mostly for the local group of people from the other part of Taiwan. Not setup for the overseas tourist. It's not too far from the train station and bus terminal.

The hotel is fine for a short stay, it’s ten minutes walk from bus/train station. Seems more geared at tourist groups on tours I think. No real facilities to use and the breakfast was poor with next to no fruit etc

Ailan is a comfortable and welcoming hotel

The room and bathroom have been renovated, there is also a sanitary toilet, the equipment is comfortable, the location is very convenient, the breakfast is rich in colours, the service staff is very enthusiastic, there are supermarkets, snacks or restaurants nearby.
