Drop-dead gorgeous place
Yes, it's a bit far form the downtown of PHitsanulok, but, if you travel by car (like we do), it's not a problem, at all. Moreover, onsite, there are a Thai resturant and the coffeeshop, so you won't stay hungry.
As for amenities, so we lived in the cozy house with a comfy bed (what else you need, if you were being at the wheel for several hours?). Also, as we stayed here during the cold weather, i would like to add, that the water was hot enough in the shower. Add here amicable stuff, who is ready to help, if you need so, and you'll get a perfect place to stay for a few days being in Phitsanulok.
And, i can't help but say, that this place is, literally, drop-dead gorgeous and has many spots, where you can spend all day, making amazing photoes, so maybe you won't want to go anywhere from here, at all.

The touching sound of Khek river in the rainy season
When we entered the room, it is not impressive, as it is quite old and dark. However, the condition of room is neat and clean. The bathroom's door is very old and can be broken anytime. The amenities and hair dryer are provided. However, outside the room, the atmosphere and surrounding is spectacular, since its location is next to Khek river. You may hear the sound of river flow as well as birding singing all the time. What's a relaxing moment!
During the night time, it is very quiet and peaceful. For the one, who don't like insects, pls. do not stay there. You need to use mosquito repellent for sitting outside.
In the next morning, we had breakfast in the restaurant , which has great view of river. Food is not ok....no salad provided. The taste is so so.
If I am asked to go back, I will say "No, thank you." (I can pay more for better one.)
If you look for budget hotel (1,980 THB/ night), great environment, you may consider it as an alternative.
