Look no further the perfect place to stay

Currently staying at this lovely hotel, very friendly staff welcomed by a Complentry drink !
rooms large clean fresh and spacious.
gardens immaculately kept.
very good breakfast included in the price served hot
! Pool area is very quiet and relaxing yet walking distance to all the bars restaurants and night life!
if you are looking for a good quality value place to stay this is absolutely perfect.

They told me to leave because I wanted to book online instead.

Warning! Very rude staff. I tried to make a booking online but the manager rejected me. He said if I want to pay the agoda or booking.com price I could leave. I just walked out that door. He had no respect for us. We were being polite and nice. Very glad we didn't book before. Don't ever go here.

Beautiful place to stay!!

Fantastic place to stay. The rooms are fresh and cleaned everyday to a high standard. We dealt mostly with Joe and he was a cool guy, very knowledgeable about the area and chilled out. Just good vibes around the place.
The pool area is also amazing and immaculately maintained. The hotel is only around a 10 min walk from Lamai main road and besch.
Would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay in Koh Samui

To anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Koh Samui, this is the place to stay. The owner and host Joe was absolutely brilliant, he was knowledgable, helpful, and couldn’t be more attentive to your needs. He gives you advice on what you can do with your family based on your specific requirements and can cater for all your needs, absolutely superb stay and highly recommended. X

Fab friendly hotel

Lovely pool and gardens, super big room. Jo was a great friendly manager who arranged motorbike hire for us too. Breakfast at 200 baht was a bargain! Loved our stay here and would definitely come again.
