Haven of peace

We stayed there 4 days. It has the most beautiful beach of ko pha ngan with sandbar to reach the island of ko ma! We were really well personal listening and present in case of problems. It has its own restaurant it own beautiful beach so no need to move... there is everything next to stay and blew! Small bémole for the bed that is enough close a supermatales de serai not too much!

A journey that turns into a disaster!

I will try to be constructive in this opinion...
The Resort matches the photos the rooms are clean and the pool is very nice.
Nevertheless, room for some not equipped with air conditioning just a fan that stirred hot and humid air, lack of luck despite our request during there reservation for a “nice location” we were placed in front of the parking by scooter (I let you imagine the view as well as the noise ).
The beach restaurant has a nice view and friendly staff but the food is tasteless and suspicious.
The pool, real plus of this establishment is for its part maintained daily which is a good point apart from the slightly heavy dose of chlorine that remains at the bottom of the pool so much the water is saturated.
It remains details when at the highlight of the show...
When we left the hotel we asked at the reception for a taxi back to the boat we were offered a private taxi for a price 40% higher than the one we had in the driveway, no worries each try to make his margin...
In the driveway we had a private van for 300bath with a nice and careful driver, and on the return for 500bath we will have the right in the back of a pickup to arrange us to sit with other guests of the hotel protected by a small sheet metal.
But what could possibly go wrong?
After half the journey without hindrance, tropical rain, lack of chance the most violent of our stay.
Uncompromising result we all end up soggy luggage included.
For swimwear it’s okay, they are fine on the other hand the rest of the clothes that will have to wait for the return to Bangkok they worry me when at my computer and camera they joined the world of those who left too early.
We're disgusted, the holidays are ruined.

Passable stay

The hotel was very good. No telephone in the rooms to reach the reception. No bathrobes in the rooms. The air conditioning quite noisy. The only positive, facing the beach and the meals are rather appetizing. The hotel is very far from everything.

Outside hui - inside goes like this

We ate “only” here, so we can’t talk about the facility itself, but only about the restaurant. We ordered breakfast for 5 people. Unfortunately, part of the order was faulty. The coffee was quite good, the banana pancake too. Unfortunately, the bagel was dry and the muesli was futile and would have passed for fruit with little yogurt. My husband's fresh orange juice was delicious, but the boys got a different colored orange juice that had a bitter touch. For everything together, we also have over 1800 BHT - that was the most expensive breakfast in 3 weeks.

Mixed review

Nice hotel on the beach. We had a nice room in front of a beautiful swimming pool but the welcome of this establishment really needs to be reviewed. No communication, no service and no friendliness from the owner. Good breakfast which is not included in the room price.
