Dreckig und falsche Lage (AirBNB)

Schmutziges Badezimmer (Rost o.ä. am Boden, Dreckige & rostige Armatur, Schimmel, schmutzige Toilette …)
Allgemein Staubig und Fleckige Oberflächen im gesamten Zimmer
Versucht zu Duschen -> das Wasser ging nicht und musste erst am Haupthahn aufgedreht werden.
Daraufhin wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten (genau der gleiche Zustand) das dritte Zimmer war etwas sauberer, jedoch nicht dem Preis entsprechend.
Wir verlangten daraufhin eine vollständige Rückerstattung beim Chef des Hotels, welcher sich mittlerweile mit AirBNB verständigt hat. Derzeit sieht es so aus als würden wir das Geld zurückbekommen. Immerhin ein positiver Punkt -> Einsicht vom Chef und Personal, welchem unser Anliegen nicht vollständig egal war.
