Great service at bike hire shop

I hired a road bike from Sanyo Cycle Hire, Akamai Beach, Koh Samui. It’s run by an expat riot from Cambridge UK who is friendly and did a good deal for a 10 day hire. Bike was in good condition and when I got a puncture, they came to the hotel within 30 minutes of my phoning them and changed the wheel so as I would not waste time having to take it to their shop and waiting for it to be repaired. Great service! Thanks

The absolute worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed at. When we checked in, they couldn’t find our booking, and we were given a worse room than what we had paid for. The rooms are dirty and very noisy (you can hear everything). The bathrooms aren’t cleaned, and you have to shower in the middle of the bathroom with no curtain at all. The bed is completely rock hard—there isn’t a single soft spot. I swear it’s built on stone. Do not book this place.
On top of that, there are also stray dogs that wait outside your door in the evenings and bark when you’re trying to get into your room.

Lousy hotel

The worst accommodation I've ever been, old, dirty, shabby please check before you go. The only good thing is the location on the beach otherwise best not to try it. There is nothing in the bungalows that deserve to be used better look for another.

Shocking service

I arrived at the property as had a booking only to be told they have over booked and I need to leave, no thoughts about my safety or well being.
They told me to go buy food in the restaurant while I try to find somewhere else to stay. Absolutely disgusting

Best place to stay in Koh Samui(Lamai beach)

The best place to stay in Lamai beach with access to the beach. Its a perfect getaway for vacation. We stayed there for 3 days but was not enough at all. The rooms are clean and the staffs are awesome and friendly. Would love to visit here when I can.
