Der Service beschränkt sich leider auf zwei Flaschen Wasser die jeden Morgen auf die Terrasse gestellt werden. Es gibt ohne Aufforderung keine Reinigung oder gar einen Handtuchwechsel. Wir haben selbst sauber gemacht.
Es gab keine Rezeption oder direkten Ansprechpartner.
Alles nur über die angegebene Telefonnummer möglich.
Richtig schlimm war das ringsherum Baustelle war.
Nichts für Langschläfer die sich in ihrem Urlaub ausruhen möchten. Pünktlich ab 8:30 Uhr fingen die Arbeiten rings um unseren Bungalow an. Warum sollte man auch Rücksicht auf seine Gäste nehmen die dafür auch noch gutes Geld bezahlt haben.Leider kann ich die Anlage so absolut nicht weiter empfehlen. Es gibt schönere Orte auf der Insel wie wir gesehen haben.

Regarding housekeeping, we would like to clarify that we informed our guests in advance that daily cleaning service is available upon request via chat. For security and privacy reasons, we cannot enter the room without the guest’s permission or request. This is to ensure the safety of both our guests and their belongings. Unfortunately, during your stay, we did not receive any request for cleaning or towel change.
As we do not have an on-site reception, the property is personally managed by the owner. However, guests can contact us at any time via Line or the provided phone number if they need assistance or additional services. Other guests who contacted us during their stay received support accordingly.
We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate your honest feedback, which helps us improve our service.
