Nice Hotel

Good hotel, close to 7/11, clubs, and lots of restaurants. Good swimming pool, beachfront. Good breakfast.

Nothing like the pictures! Great location though.

Turned up to a hotel that doesn’t look anything like the photos. Room was a good size but very tired and the bathroom not the cleanest. Pool area dirty with building works going on. One guy was drilling and the dust was going all over one of the guests who was chilling reading a book. She had to get up and move, no apologies
Location for us was what made it. Everything you want and need is right on the doorstep. Breakfast in the hotel was ok nothing really to complain about. I would just say do not go by the pictures on the booking sites.

Full of surprises

The hotel is quite smart although we came near the end of the season so there was lots of painting and maintenance going on and the staff were very busy getting everything updated. Our room was large, comfortable and clean. We got extra toilet rolls when requested and nothing was too much for the staff who are lovely. Great pool (of course there is the same boggle as everywhere of people putting towels on and leaving them there for hours, there should be a policy in place whereby the staff could remove them after a set time to give others a chance). Other than that we had a lovely time there and the breakfast was plentiful too. Special thanks to Pla in the office who helped us sort our room out after I inadvertently booked it for the wrong month! Booking.com would not help as it went through a third party even though it said next to that bit to contact them if there was a problem. Even tried the third party but they didn’t seem to exist as no one answered but Pla very kindly sorted it out for us. The staff here are absolutely lovely and it was nice to a cheery good morning shouted out to us from the reception when we passed by. There is so much more on the Beach if you walk along one way there are lots of restaurants that have a fire show every night and the other way there are tables so you can have your dinner on the beach it was so nice. Wasn’t keen on our first night in Samui as we walked down the street but it grew on us once we found the beachside places. We also went to see a ladyboy show which was great fun. Thank you all for making our stay memorable.

Great stay

Helpful staff. Changed us to a ground floor on arrival as no elevator. Modern spacious rooms nice pool and restaurant on beach front. Near to restaurants and Bars.
Would definitely stay again

Cleaning was lacking.

The hotel was quite good, the breakfast was super good, and the location was also very good. The shame was that they did not clean the room, and in a beach location that is appreciated.
