Lovely setting... I would book a cabin rather than a room...
Family run they and staff helpful.and cheerful...
Great place to stay when visiting the historical site...
They will arrange trips.and cars for your visit...
The food is outstanding..so good we ate all our meals here ...

Hidden gem in the centre of Sukhothai

The Mango house offers a few bungalows and rooms. We stayed in a bungalow, which had all the needed stuff. It's within a short walk from the walking street, the historical park is also nearby.
The breakfast is really great and also the food served for dinner is very good.

Hidden gem

Hidden gem! We were delighted to stay at Mango House. Tucked away on a quiet street by the river, this place offers a small but very refreshing communal swimming pool, nicely appointed and colourful self contained bungalows and very friendly and helpful staff. Great value!

Gorgeous place

Absolutely gorgeous huts on stilts but luxurious inside with a fab pool, great breakfast and hosts who couldn't do enough to be helpful and attentive. I am vegan and asked for rice instead of egg for breakfast and it was delicious. They even noticed I'm not a fan of onion and made it with less onion the next day.

Great place to stay

Mango House is a boutique style accommodation with small wooden bungalows situated on an elevated walkway in a jungle garden with a swimming pool!
It's very peaceful and relaxing here, waking up to the sounds of tropical birds in the trees and then having a coffee on the veranda watching the sun rise, was an amazing experience. The 'bungalows' have modern interiors and are clean, well equipped and comfortable. They do have traditional Thai style beds which may be too firm for those used to western style beds. Breakfasts are huge with a variety of options. There is a good Pizza place just up the road and proper street food stalls over the main bridge. You will need transport to get to the historical park, but just ask the fabulous hosts Boom and Pong who are more than happy to help you out with anything you need (Boom told us where to get a fantastic Thai massage). Khun Pong even came to collect us from the bus station on the evening we arrived after a long journey from Nakhon Sawan. Fantastic stay here, we will return. Thank you both so much.
