Our room, though spacious and comfortable was not cleaned and supplied well. The shower was dirty and had not been cleaned. The supplies in the room were only partially replaced. It made us wonder if anyone had actually cleaned the bathroom. It was hard to enjoy the room and relax after that. Support staff was very kind and helpful.

Loved the hotel and staff, very polite, respectful, and attentive. The room was immaculate, serviced daily, and clean.
Breakfast was very much Thai, but I enjoy tasting different foods of the world.
My stay at the hotel was excellent but one criticism was the Oasis restaurant, we both ordered from the European menu except for one Thai dish. This dish came out after 30 minutes, but no European food! We were informed that they are not serving from the menu tonight and we had to re order different food. So another wait and in all honesty the food was poor and it stopped us returning again.

Gorgeous looking hotel, complimented by lovely customer service ...

An awesome couple of night here, in quiet room, with a large comfy bed.
Seamless check-in and check-out experience (in the gorgeous looking reception area - staffed by a friendly, helpful crew), too.
I really enjoyed the deliciously modest breakfast buffet each morning, as well as the easy walkability of the location.
However, the highlight during my short stay, was the excellent dinner and drinks time, I enjoyed poolside at the Oasis Restaurant, within the grounds of the hotel.
Highly recommended by @CoffeeChillTV and hope to be back again one day.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view over the pool and night time outdoor dining area. The reception area is beautiful. We paid for the Exceptional Room and it was well worth it. Lovely hotel to stay when in Sisaket.
