The most disgusting place in the Salaya area.
2. Don't even call it a hotel; a motel is better than this. The condition...
3. They're all Burmese, wearing ordinary clothes; it's impossible to tell who's who.
4. Where are the security guards? Where is the security?
5. The room doesn't have a secure lock. Anyone with a spare key can enter. There have been cases where a housekeeper unlocked a customer's room without permission!!!
6. They seem stingy. Judging from the building they're staying in, they haven't invested at all.
7. It's very dark and the ground is rough; remove your shoes and leave them at the bottom.
8. There should be a change of shoes available.
9. It's been open for almost a decade now. There have been so many changes. It'll probably fail soon. A terrible business with a cowardly owner who prefers their employees to handle everything.
10. Slow to respond to messages, sometimes reads but doesn't reply, or ignores messages.
11. The room is old and doesn't look like the pictures posted. I'm confused.
12. What kind of Japanese style is this? I thought it was the Klong Toey slum.
13. There are so many mosquitoes. The room is dimly lit and dark. The air conditioner doesn't work, and the TV keeps breaking down.
14. The Burmese people are incredibly loud when they walk past the room.
15. The room is not soundproof at all; the walls are of poor quality.
16. They like to rip people off on prices. Anyone who thinks they're legitimate will be easily fooled. They list one thing and you get another, scamming you out of a huge amount. You won't get your money back!
17. Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Early check-in costs 100 baht per hour. Is this a scam?
18. The front entrance is accessible to anyone; there is no key card system.

Expensive student accomodations with ride staff
I tried to work with them to change the booking. Woukd have cost me 800 (extra). I still paid 500 and only one there person in the hotel.
There were families in rooms with glass doors an so many rules. I had to perk my motorcycle actually on the hotel not the parking lot. Even though there was only 2 cars on the lot.
There was no one there to greet you. Have to call a number get a code and then they tell you which key to take (even though the staff are in the hotel). The actual room was basic, smelled like damp and was small with many broken furniture.
It was close to the university which I liked.
There is a very loud sound from the elevator which does not work but still goes all night. It's basically 500thb per night for a dorm room in small backwards student town.

Ok place to live
The pictures look better than the actual room.
Does it worth the 27 aud? No. There cheaper and better places
Room looks clean and somehow modern but the bed is simple with hard mattress and noisy. There is no toilet paper.
Breakfast incisive means make your own Nescafé and tost the bread slices available yourself
