Not pleasant experience

Completely scammed us by asking us to contact them directly via the email stated on their website, after which they ordered us to pay 18.000 THB to their private account.
Since then, they seem to know nothing about out booking and when we showed up to retrieve our refund. We were completely ignored and we had to contact the police and file a report against the hotel for scamming their customers.

My stay at the villa was more than great. The place is spacious, beautiful, very comfortable, and all the details are thoughtfully arranged. The pool is fantastic and the atmosphere is fantastic and relaxing, perfectly suited to those seeking privacy and getting away from the crowds.
I love thanking Jane for her outstanding service and top-notch treatment, she was always responsive and attentive to every detail to ensure my comfort, well worth appreciating.
Overall, the resort is beautiful and comfortable, but it needs some renovation in some ways, but it''s okay, the experience was very excellent.
A simple note: Located away from shops, it''s best to prepare purchases and food before arrival.
Highly recommended for those seeking tranquility, comfort, and top-notch service
