Unexpected, but turned out to be bearable
Appreciated: Myself and my fiancé, appreciated the gesture of the room being cleaned on a daily basis as well as soap, bottled water and toilet paper being re-supplied. Most of the gentleman who cleaned the room were friendly despite the language barrier. Also, the security guard also did not speak much English...but he made an effort to communicate :)
Disliked: We were not happy with the room upon our arrival, as it was nothing like the pictures indicated on booking.com, therefore; after a long 22 hour flight our vacation started off with a slight disappointment. The television had 1 or 2 English channels, and there is air conditioning available, because the rooms are extremely hot. There are no refreshments in the room, nor appliances, crockery or cutlery...but there is hot water available on the ground floor. So we bought take away coffee and kept the cups for re-use. However, after this discovery there was nothing that we could do about the room at the time of arrival, because the hotel reception staff does not speak English. Also, we had to make peace with it because we had booked our entire 14 day vacation at Summer Hotel, so if we cancelled we would have lost all of our money paid for the accommodation.
After about the third day of our holiday, we had acquainted ourselves with Old Phuket Town and thus drafted a really busy schedule for our 14 day vacation, which resulted in us really only going to our hotel room to sleep an watch a bit of TV.....but after some time, it really turned not to be bad at all...we made the most of our situation...afterall we were on holiday and we wanted it to be memorable :)

Worst place ever
This is withiut a doubt the worst place i did in phuket maybe even in thailand and i stayed in thailand long time i don't even know where to start...
First time i check in i start to ask question to the personal they don't speak a word of english and i could see they were bored to answer my question very rude persons, after my first night there i got my helmet stole so i went ask to see who stole my helmet of course they couldn't and they didn't want to help me hopefuly my girlfriend she's thai ans she could explain the situations to the 2 lady who work there we finnaly find my helmet i wait half for the thiebe to bring back to me he was thai and live in the hotel, ni fride i don't understand all hotel i did there was a fridge even in deep down of thailand i did the north, the shouth, est, ouest, middle always had a fridge, no internet they say they have not working at all... i had to share with my phone to my computer to send email, the guy who clean didn't lock my room after he finish clean ... i was leaving on the second floor there was a noisy bar in the front very hard to sleep at night we can hear everything from the bar and the street... the room not clean nothing like the picture, sheet absolutly not clean, water they give taste like not good, had problem with aircon to
Conclusion it's cheap but the worst hotel i did in.l 3 years in thailand don't go there you will regret 100% sure don't hesitate to spend a little more money to find a correct place i did other place in phuket this one the worst you can find better easy

Not what the pictures show
I don’t know where to start. I would expect a comfortable room. If you just want to sleep and nothing else then ok all rooms are the same with your eyes shut.
I could not sleep because every time someone went to toilet in the hotel the air block in the pipes would wake you up. Shower room grouting dirty. No fridge warm water not nice. No kettle so no tea and coffee. I took a video but could not download

Don’t stay here!!
Possibly the rudest staff i think i’ve ever encountered in my entire life. All the staff didn’t even engage, looked like they couldn’t be bothered to speak to you. Didn’t even say bye when we left completely ignored us.. not the typical thai hospitality you would expect! Rooms were fine and very clean as they cleaned the rooms everyday but the staff made the experience so uncomfortable would never stay here again!!!

BRUTTE CAMERE E RECEPTION MALEDUCATA
Su strada trafficatissima, una brutta reception gestita malissimo, camere vecchie e piccole e buie praticamente senza finestre, personale inqualificabile, scale sporche, non basta rifare la facciata quando l'interno è fatiscente e sporco.
