Nice stayed even if it’s not the best location
Rooms are clean and very spacious (we were 2 adults and 3 kids ), with pool view balcony.
Buffet breakfast has a very large of options for all tastes and it’s really good.
All staff in the hotel was super helpful and attentive.
Location, is not the best as there is only 1 mini market next to the hotel and 2 restaurants, meaning not too many options for restaurants, shops, services nor markets. Certainly the beach is 10 min walking away, however the beach is not the best in Phuket as there are 3 wastewater or dark runoff that discharge into the beach, meaning it’s contaminated.

Older style resort - reflected in price
Although the meals are included under the luxury Escapes deal the menu is a limited version (see photos attached) and the meals sometimes take a long time to come and we were there when they were not busy. The included breakfast offered a wide variety and was good quality
Large pool area with swim up bar, a great relief to the hot humid days. Included a water slide that kids loved. Was relaxing to lie around on the loungers.
Beach is about a 10 minute walk from the resort, with food vendors on the beach and a few restruarants in the vacinity.
Had a couple of maintenance issues with the room that were dealt with quickly although a room change was required on one occasion. The staff so helpful in sorting any issues.

Radisson's Downfall
Not worth the money at all. Please do yourself a favor and book something else if you're spending this much money.
