Wonderful vacation
We rested at Orchidacea Resort in Phuket, the three of us—my husband and daughter. The hotel left only pleasant impressions, and here's why.
What did you like the most:
Staff is the heart of the hotel. Very responsive, friendly guys. Special thanks for the WhatsApp chat: any question is resolved in a couple of minutes, no need to go down to the reception.
· View from the Deluxe Sea View room — a postcard every day! We watched the Kata beach from morning till sunset, couldn't get enough of it.
· Knock-knock on the beach - runs strictly on schedule, very convenient. Don't think about transport.
· The room and pool are spacious, clean, the bathroom is large. We had two rooms with internal doors. The pool is great, there are enough shaded areas.
A nice bonus: they checked us in without problems with late check-out after 12 — a small thing, but it extended the vacation by an hour.
The only nuance (not a minus, but a feature): the hotel is on a mountain, and there are many stairs around. For us, it was a pleasant physical activity after dinner, but it will be a bit difficult for people with limited mobility and tourists with strollers.
Conclusion: highly recommend! But with a caveat - the hotel is more for active couples, groups of friends, and families with older children. Elderly people and parents with babies (up to 3-4 years old) should look at the hotels below, right by the beach. We will come back here with pleasure!

Continent location
It was a nice holiday. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. We had a review room everyday we woke up with a marvelous view. The sea is next to the hotel so it took about 5 minutes to dive into the beautiful water.

Phukets best hotel
Truly a hotel of a lifetime the best place you could in Phuket or Thailand defo want to come again and fantastic staff and amazing food and drinks and best ever gym and pool and pool table at hotel I ever seen, truly I know I never forget this place

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Orchidacea Resort in Phuket and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the whole resort had such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, and the staff were genuinely some of the loveliest and most helpful people I’ve met.
Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, polite and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their smiles and positive attitudes really made the stay even more enjoyable.
The resort itself was beautiful, with a lovely pool area, comfortable rooms and fantastic views. The location was also brilliant, with Kata Beach just a short walk away, making it really easy to enjoy the beach while still having a peaceful place to come back to.
Everything was clean, well looked after and made the whole stay feel comfortable and stress-free. The atmosphere around the resort was perfect for a relaxing holiday, and the staff deserve a special mention for making us feel so welcome throughout our visit.

Beautiful hotel
Very nice hotel with a beautiful view of the beach. Clean rooms, and needs were met. Only issue would be the pressure of the shower. We’d spend twice as long in the shower due to pressure being too low.
But apart from that. Everything was good and had a beautiful view to go with it!
