这个10天旅行 唯一后悔并差评的酒店，严格意义说家庭旅馆。房东很恶心付5k押金，电费单独算，睡了一晚上走第一天抄表，付了700多泰铢电费 没搞懂泰国电费怎么这么贵。而且从头到位都是两个老年人 连英文不会的人在搞卫生。人挺好，走了还给了他们点小费，卫生还可以，check in后房间客厅没开空调热死，开了大半天也不热。房东省电扣死，房间内的设施极简，小椅子估计100块不到，寒心。省电是好事，这种抠门做法实在不可取！

感谢您的反馈，我们对您的不满深感抱歉。我们理解您遇到的问题，并为给您带来的不便表示歉意，因为您此次预订的房源是临期特价房，是不予以取消的，很抱歉我们拒绝了您的申请。对于你反馈的押金问题，这是我们已经在平台标明入住需要交押金且标明金额，我们的房费里不包含电费。关于电费，您入住及退房时，我们都有抄电表，是按用电度数计费。我们别墅里的保洁员工是24小时在别墅且是泰国本地人，非老年人哦，保洁员是不会英语的，但我们的别墅管家是会英语，我们免费为您提供每天房间的清洁服务。我们不能完全确定您的入住时间，所以只有在您入住时，我们才能开启空调，因是中央空调，避免不必要的浪费，非我们抠门哈。我们的桌椅都是实木桌椅，我们平台上提供的照片可以参考哦。我们欢迎您随时联系我们。我们珍视每一位客户的反馈，因为这有助于我们不断改进服务质量。
