Terrible experience
In the end, they took their time deducting the money, wasting about ten minutes of our time, leaving us with only 400 yuan of our deposit (they didn't give us a receipt, and we don't remember if it was 2000 or 3000 yuan).
The hotel's location is also terrible. The nearest 7-Eleven is a long walk away, there are hardly any restaurants, the surrounding area is desolate, and it's very difficult to get a taxi. Each room only gets one bottle of free water per day, and one room's shower was broken. I absolutely regret booking this place! It's the first time I've ever encountered a staff member yelling at a customer like that—I'm speechless!

1) The room facing the street was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. Despite my request via email for a quieter room, I was still given the room closest to the street.
2) The soundproofing between rooms was poor. On the first night, a group of people speaking Russian had a party until 3 a.m., accompanied by children's screams, which was extremely frustrating.
3) The kitchen was open-plan with no air conditioning, attracting many insects.
4) It was not possible to preview the room. Before making the reservation, I visited the location hoping to see the room but was refused and was told it was far from the street.
**The only advantage:** The staff was warm and attentive.
非常糟糕。
1）临街很吵，晚上很难入睡。前提是我发邮件要求一套比较安静的房间依然给我安排的最靠外面的房间。
2）不隔音和周围的房间，尤其第一天一堆讲俄语的人，开party开到3点伴随着小孩子的尖叫，非常让人崩溃。
3）厨房是开放式的，没有空调，会引来很多虫子。
4）不可以提前参观，我在预定前，去到店里希望看下房间，被拒绝了。而且告诉我是个离街远的地方。
唯一的优点：服务人员热情周到。

Amazing Private pool villa !!!!
The Villa was super clean and the staff were unbelievable, friendly, caring and they took care of all our little details.
MP the manager was amazing in organising our excursions also guiding us towards halal food, top beaches near to us and night markets.
We felt super safe even staying in a open plan villa
Security was top notch being boutique style villas we all received vip personal tailored treatment.
Booked a massage in the room very professional service highly recommend ( reasonably priced)
And finally big mention for Ying always took care of our small requirements, assisting with washing machine, changing towels etc
We will return to Goodnight villa for sure
