I’m no boxer!

So touring around Thailand and found dent station on booking.com. Didn’t know what to expect, passy on reception was thoughtful and caring and showed us around, help us with motorbike and places to eat. The hotel room is basic but what do you expect for the price.. perfect for somewhere to rest your tired head after going around Phuket. I like the area for quietness and prices. I would recommend this place for cleanliness and helpfulness.

Beat hotel in Challong

Came to train and get healthy. I found this gem. Amazing service. Really kind and caring staff. Room is clean and today. Air con is strong and the wifi is perfect. This is my home away from home. Highly recommend to all

My Home for 5months

I can not thank Passy and her staff enough for how amazing they have been during my 5 month stay. This is my 7th time on the Soi and the past 4 times I have always stayed at Dent station and wouldn’t consider anywhere else.
I have used Phuket as a base to train and also to travel. They were fantastic allowing me to book the room for the whole 5months but pay on a monthly basis. This place is also amazing value for money. Passy is the nicest lady and will always help her guests as much as she can- including helping me with my Visa paperwork.
My room was modern with a good sized balcony. Although it looked out into the road it was quiet at night and I was never woken.
The room was cleaned daily (except Sundays), fresh towels daily and sheets changed a few times per week. The cleaner does an amazing job and the room was always spotless.
WiFi is good, although it sometimes disconnects when inactive but is easy to reconnect. I was able to use Skype and FaceTime with no issues. I rarely watch TV but the one in the room is a good size flatscreen, with a selection of English channels.
The hotel has washers and dryers to use (very helpful when training a lot) and they always have change in reception for the machines.
The hotel is right in the middle of ‘The Soi’ also known as ‘fitness street’ and you can walk to any of the gyms within 5mins (unit, titan, tiger, top team etc)
Family Mart is right next door and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance.
Thanks for an amazing stay, it felt more like a home to me than a hotel! See you soon

Clean, Convenient, Comfortable

My friend had been staying at Dent Station whenever she is at Chalong so it was no surprise she booked this for us when we went there. The accommodation was conveniently located along "fit street", alongside convenience stores, fitness and muay thai gyms, clean eating cafes, and opposite a great Thai grilled food stall.
The rooms were clean and had a fitness theme. 2 washing machines and 2 dryers were parked between the first and second floor so that travellers can conveniently do their laundry after their workouts. Check-in and check-out were fuss-free.
We'll definitely be back to stay at Dent Station when we return to Chalong.

Disappointing stay

Although the hotel is fairly new and quite clean, our time there was disappointing. The staff started by giving us a room key which was not activated, since the from desk is only open from 10am to 7:30pm, it soon became an issue to get in our room. There was a horrible smell in the hotel hallways and in the room, the staff assured us it was NORMAL and didn't do anything about it...we ran out of hot water for a few days and they don't provide room cleaning service on Sunday (which they failed to mentioned). They only change the sheet twice a week, but we stayed there 8 days and we had to ask to have them changed on the 6th day because they still hadn't.
