Perfect for family vacation

The resort is wonderfully tucked in Karon which is perfect for families that don’t want to expose their children to cannabis and nightlife of patong. Beach was just 5 minutes walk away and hotel had the best swimming pool for children.

What a wonderful resort

I can’t recommend this resort more highly. The hotel staff are amazing and friendly. Full credit to all the boys driving the golf buggy for always having fun and accommodating guests needs with a big smile and greeting. The rooms are great and the food lovely

A 4 night stay - perfect room, spacious and clean. Comfy bed. Good shower pressure and hot water. Struggled to get the room temperature correct as the temp control had a mind of its own.
Breakfast was a big spread of a variety of foods, pastries could certainly use some help.
Staff were fabulous, polite helpful and friendly.
Enjoyed the assorted pools etc. although a family resort, and there were many families there it did not feel overrun with children as there were multiple relaxing areas with some geared towards children, other more adult.
Not overly impressed with the à la carte dining menu for vegetarian selections

Very average

Very average! The hotel is huge and very spread out which meant it didn't have any service feel to it. Service slow, pool area filthy and ants everywhere. Rooms modern but very dusty and food average
We stayed in another CENTARA in Krabi and this hotel did not compare. Breakfast was good but this is the only possitive I could find.

Good hotel

Nice hotel well located in the center of Karon, close to bars, restaurants, massages and 200m from the beach. Excellent breakfast and good quality meals even if a little expensive as drinks or massages. Nice comfortable room and good quality service. Nice swimming pool and deckchair available. I regret the deposit of 5000 baht that appears debited from my account even if in waiting status that will be cancelled only a month later...
