Good hotel in central Phuket Town

Located right in Phuket Town's old town, right next to a shopping mall. The check-in and check-out went quickly and without problems The room is cleaned daily and we found it clean and well maintained. The room size is very large so you have enough space and in the room is everything you need.
In the hotel there is still a nice little pool.
In the hotel lobby there is a cafe where you can get croissants and coffee.
We have and felt comfortable and can recommend the place without hesitation. We stayed at the hotel for the second time.

Spacious hotel in great location

We stayed here for three nights in a Studio Room with Terrace.
The room was huge and the air con worked well. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked cute and the front desk had towels you could use.
The staff were the most unfriendly bunch we encountered in Thailand but it didn’t really affect our stay.
There is a coffee shop downstairs which does great coffee and cakes. You get 10% when staying at the hotel.
The free breakfast also comes from the coffee shop. It’s a hot coffee or tea and a plain croissant with boiled egg. They were very rigid about the drinks and won’t let you have an iced coffee instead which I think is very stingy when it’s 35 degrees outside.
The hotel is in a great location. It’s about 5 minutes walk from the heart of Old Town and there is a mall directly across the road which has a TOPS grocery store and a huge Eve and Boy (among other things!). There is also a small 7-Eleven 1 minute walk away.

Hotel is walking distance to the night markets and restaurants. It is also minutes from the airport bus station, which costs a mere 100 ThB one way. Room is huge and very clean. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Hotel also gives a 10% coupon for purchase at the cafe. Very friendly staff.
Some minor quibbles:
the AC seem fixed at 22 deg. I couldn’t adjust it.
Wifi was spotty in the room. It was fine in the lobby.
I wished they have Netflix or more English channels.

Large clean room with balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Perfectly located for our two night stay in Phuket Old Town.
Staff very friendly and cafe served good coffee. Close to small supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants.

The housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect—close to the Old Town and with a shopping mall right across from the hotel offering an incredible selection of delicious and very reasonably priced food, which could either be enjoyed there or taken back to the hotel.
However, the other staff members felt tired and somewhat disengaged. The breakfast staff in particular were not very service-minded. The breakfast included one choice of coffee, two boiled eggs, and a croissant. It would have been nice to have some butter or jam for the croissant, but of course that can be purchased at a grocery store and brought down to breakfast.
Aside from that, it was two wonderful nights and I would still strongly recommend it.
