Hotel between pampering and relaxation
We carry this Hotel in our hearts and with him, all his employees. Professional, ready to solve with education and gentleness all our needs. It is now the second year that we return and will always return. So we came back with 5 other friends who in turn will bring other people. ALL employees are loving we had a really great time. In the center but far from the chaos. Pampered and satisfied. Thanks to all the staff. A special greeting to Hern who with his kindness made everything always delicious. ❤️

Not a great hotel
We have just returned my our hoilday staying Baan Boa. We stayed here for a month and I must say will not be returning to this hotel.
Location is perfect close to everything but the staff and the breakfast totally let's this place down.
Breakfast it terrible not a lot to choose from and taste less and cold. What can I say about the tea and coffee, undrinkable and absolutely discusting. You do have a egg station where they cook fresh for you but after a month you get fed up with just eggs.
Some of the staff I thought we very rude and not helpful at all. There was a gentleman at breakfast who shouted at me our first morning as I couldn't find the milk for the cereal. Shouted look around look around. Very rude.
The cleaniness of the rooms were very good and and pool very clean.

Good all round apart from a food thief
Location was good and could walk everywhere easily. The breakfast was a buffet which was different every day aswell as egg options. Rooms were spacious and clean with a balcony. Massages were very good with the ladies and the back of the hotel. One last one was that we checked out at 3am and brought some cakes and chocolate down that I’d brought over for my son I left it in reception while we all brought our cases down as we needed to jiggle it into each others cases and would you believe this !! the night porter/ staff decided he would help himself to it all. He had eaten some of the mince pies and finished off an advent Calendar while we were gone about 5 minutes. When we asked where they were he just said in broken English that he thought they’d been left . What a joke !! He was definitely one that ate all the pies. Wouldn’t you just put them behind the desk for a day or so before scoffing them.

Optimal hotel price-quality
Good afternoon! Relaxed in this hotel late November-early December 2025. Extremely surprised at the low valuation of this hotel. All in order.
The room stock is tired, but the room was clean. We had a superior room, ground floor (that was really cool). Everything was fine, every day cleaning, how many times I don't know my bed, we came back exhausted falling and sleeping. Water, coffee, tea were brought in every day, a "do not disturb" sign was put up once, still water was put in a special purse on the door. The only thing that clouded it was the condicionaire. There's a lot written about him and it's true. Half the trouble he's humming like a steam engine, he's blowing right on the bed. It's hot to sleep without him, he's blowing really hard. If it wasn't for the tender, it would be super.
The staff is very polite, especially the men, but Russian is not spoken at all.
Also, eviction before 12:00, late eviction before 4:00 cost us 1,500 baht. If you check out even later, you have to pay for a night's stay. Nowadays it was 3,500 baht.
Breakfast. We were happy with the breakfasts. Every day there was something constant and new. Fruit every day watermelon and 2 fruits of some other (pineapple, banana, dragon fruit was, daddy, melon). They didn't go hungry, there was always something to eat. Kids can be fed too.
The beach across the street. I read a lot that Patong is a dirty beach, and the water is not turquoise, but the packages don't float either. In the Minsk Sea you did not swim))))
The location of the hotel is very successful. Nearby both the beach and the Malin Plaza market are within walking distance (I liked it better than Banzan), Bangla is not far (by tuk-tuk for 200 baht rode). 7/11 is right next door. In the evening, there's a bunch of tops along the beach. Near the Malin Plaza market there is a small point, tours sell, there prices are not bad and the Turk who speaks Russian well))
Subtotal: Price fully matches the hotel. I'd definitely be back here if it wasn't for that air conditioner. That's a shame.

Baan Boa Resort is Paradise
Baan Boa Resort should be on every traveller list. Located in quiet South Patong 5 metres from the beach, the owner, Sek, who is a very caring, smart and friendly man and his wonderful staff treat you like part of their Family. So many nice pwople work here apologies for not naming them all but Jo, Ern, Jira, Jaa, Kwang, Nee, Lek , to name a few. Relax ! Smile ! This is a slice of Paradise. For health consciius types, Nang and her friendly ladies will give you a great massage or very stylish haircut. All the staff here at Baan Boa are now like Family to me after 2 months. Do yourselves a favour, come and stay and meet these wonderful lovely people and their fantastic comfortable quietvresort with its big rooms and very largecswimming pool with spa. Sawasdee, Thank You Sek and Staff , 1 0 out of 10 for Everything ❤
