I understand that this is 3stars hotel but the cleaniness is not good at all. The dining area had bird poop and the entire place looked unkept. We thought it was just outside until we got to our rooms We got to our rooms that has lizard poop 💩 in it, both on the beds and floor. The bathroom wasn't running well, sink with water setting in it and so on. The entire place was a mess. I'm sorry to say . We refuse to eat there. According to the staff, breakfast was at start at 8am. We left at 8.30 and nothing was settled up. Everyone seemed not serious at this place, well at least the ones we saw cuz there were barely any staff available.

Cozy hotel for unassuming travellers

Holidayed with your husband in this hotel for 10 days in January 2026.
What you liked: beautiful location, authentic Thai style in decoration, spacious room and balcony, vending machines with soft drinks on site, swimming pools with different depths in the cozy patio.
What would like to improve: quality of cleaning in the rooms (namely daily change of bed linen), updating of consumable plumbing (faucets, flushing toilet).

Strategic location to the beach and convenient to the Main Street of Patong. Room is very basic they are kind enough to upgrade our room to studio unit.

Didn't end up staying here
Property in poor repair. Sheets and towels stained.. place was gross
