Good hotel.

Good hotel for a good price. Something far from the beach but with a nice pool. But close to downtown.
You can rent a scooter duvhtbij to explore the rest of the island.
The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. Also nice view over the city.

Don't believe the promo photos!

Nice people, but this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Over $100 AUD per night, rock hard mattress, stained sheets, filthy room, damaged furniture, no breakfast, air-con and curtains drop things on your face in bed. Avoid. Rated 3 star, yet it's more of a 1 star place

Good location but thats about it!

The only real positive for this hotel is the location. It is located in a lively area with many bars and restaurants and only a five minute walk to the Banzaan night market and Jungceylon. A further walk of under ten minutes to Bangla Road and the beach. The hotel itself is in need of major upgrades. My room had many negatives. Very weak WIFI signal, the AC barely cooled the room, no tea/coffee making amenities (although there is complimentary tea coffee in the reception area but it takes an age for the hot water to dribble out), the window curtains were like rags (you can see all the pin holes when the light shines through), the toilet seat was broken and behind it was full of built up you know what (I don’t think it had seen bleach in years, disgusting). One really big negative for me was the fact there was very little distance between the toilet seat and the corner of the wash basin top. There is a very sharp corner to the basin top and twice, whilst turning around from the toilet, I hit my calf muscle on the sharp edge. I finished up with two massive bruises. After the second hit I was walking on egg shells every time I entered the bathroom. There was plenty of cupboard space, the wall mounted TV worked ok, the fridge worked ok and the bed was comfortable enough for a good nights sleep (although music can be heard from the bars across the road up until 2am). Apart from the location the other positives are that the hotel has an elevator and there is a nice little pool on the roof. Staff are a little indifferent (often there is no staff at reception), a couple of them are friendly enough but one is rather gruff. Would I stay here again, no!

Budget/Basic Hotel

It's more of a budget hotel so don't expect high star services.
Booking went fine. Room door gave issues throughout the trip had to call front desk three times.
Oh and front desk works office hours, after which you have to call them and they would come
No breakfast options in this place
The lift is very small and slow
Rooms are fine with the basic necessities
No complaints for its price

Exceptional

Many times to Patong and this is the best hotel I've stayed in. Super clean spacious rooms, good hot water pressure (a rarity Thailand). Awesome
rooftop pool and view and genuine friendly staff
Very cheap rate. Good Breakfast.
No negatives
Highly recommended.
