Coco restaurant

We only went to eat there, not stayed in the hostel.
The food was delicious! I had eaten the chicken BBQ pizza and it was not heavy or greasy at all, fresh vegetables.
I also ate the burger with fries (the bread was less) but the fries were very tasty!
We also tasted the pastries, the double chocolate chip cookies were one of the better choices.
Definitely worth it to eat there sometime!

Coco Hostel and that..

Good Hostel, it was full.. well set, terrace and sells transports and all activities and tours but you have to pay cash. Excellent quality price.
How very well.. the bed compartment, bed linen and towel as well as free transfer to the hostel on arrival.
Nice service, free water profile, electronic card, social area with views
Correct.. the bathrooms and showers, with an area where to lay clothes, possibility of coffee and meals.
Too bad... to pay cash.

Clean and comfortable

Was here just for a night before Khao Sok national park tour. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The staff were very friendly. Also had a bakery which we didn’t use but looks good and could be handy on the morning you go out for your tour.

Okay hostel. Shambles of a tour they are running. NOT WORTH IT

Hostel wasn't too bad with regards to cleanliness of the room. Quiet and a good night's sleep. Staff were not very helpful at times but one male staff member fixed my lightbulb immediately after letting him know when first checking in, so thank you for that! The tour they are offering to the Khao Sok National Park to stay in the huts on the other hand was absolutely appalling. The huts were so run down and dirty. Some of them looked like they were about to sink. No ammenities such as toilet roll or hand soap - basic things. No running water a lot of the time. Lack of food during very, very bland and boring meals, most people were still hungry after eating. The tour guide was extremely arrogant, rude and wasn't interested in anyone or answering any questions after arriving at the hut. Instead, just laid in his hut having his grey hairs plucked by his female friend (the other so called guide) for the afternoon. Only allowed in the water if you were wearing a life jacket and there was only a tiny little area to swim so didn't even bother. The first excursion didn't start until 4PM, to a waterfall, it was nice but a very short excursion that lasted about 30 minutes.
Didn't feel safe sleeping there. Most people had a terrible night's sleep on a pancake mattress. In the morning, we went on a "river safari" where the most he showed us was a domesticated chicken in the tree. You could tell he was very unknowledgable of the area, didn't care the majority of the time and was just making it up as he went along. Very disappointed as Khao Sok is a beautiful place. The star I give in the review is for the National Park beauty itself and nothing else. Prior to the trip, my friend and I thought Khao Sok would be the highlight of our Thai trip, unfortunately this had been ruined by this lousy set-up. These people are running a shambles of a tour. Would highly recommend choosing another one until Coco Khao Sok Hostel decide to change their tour operators.

BED BUGS! DONT STAY HERE

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! BED BUGS!!
Got completely eaten alive by bedbugs bugs, found them all over the matress in THREE DIFFERENT BEDS- told the staff and they did nothing to help,didnt come in to change any of the beds and also didn’t give us a refund. Most unhelpful,dismissive and irresponsible staff I have ever come across. Do not stay here unless you want to find bugs crawling on your bed and the staff couldn’t give two F’s!!!! So disappointed with the lack of care from here and disgusting you let your customers sleep in bed bug infested beds
