Little gem in Pattaya

This was my second stay at The Grass. The facility is well maintained, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are a bit small, but surprisingly efficient with modular style floor plans that manage to comfortably fit living space with a couch into the quaint arrangement. There is a 3/4 size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, with plating and silverware for two.
The beds are very comfortable with new high end white bedding, the mattress and pillows were a dream to sleep on.
The breakfast buffet at 159 baht far exceeded my expectations. The variety, quality and abundance was a significant value.
At checkout there were plenty of staff to assist for an easy quick process, and Pam at the customer service desk was professional and pleasant.
All of the facilities were clean and well cared for, and all the services one would expect to find at the Hilton’s and Carlson’s are also here. Laundry, gym, pool, beauty salon, convenience store. Massage and conference room.
I very much recommend The Grass.

The staff was AMAZING!! Everyone was so nice and helpful. They were genuinely so cheerful. I am so glad we stayed there. It made Pattaya an amazing experience. When we go back we will be there again.

There's nothing more to say.

The TV doesn't work, the room is stuffy, and you need a computer with a cable to listen to music. Improvements are needed.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and everything you need is within easy reach.
The staff were amazing, always helpful and consistently greeting us with a smile, which made the experience even more pleasant. A special thanks to Pop and Mine for their outstanding service and kindness.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient area.
