I ordered a standard room with a hall and a room. There is a refrigerator. The refrigerator has two free bottles of water (go to the front desk if you want to drink). Let's get out of bed. It's a spring bed. If your waist is not good, you don't know if you can sleep for a night or two. (:-D) The surrounding environment is not bad and it has a great atmosphere. After all, it's a motel, at least the photos in their shop are real. Let ’s talk about the surroundings. The first time I came was to fly from Bangkok to Lampang Airport, and people were completely stunned when I came out. I thought there would be many taxis. I did n’t expect that there would only be one double car and different roads, so I did n’t take a taxi. Go, but walk over, you are right, you really walked by. Walked for about 20 minutes. There is a gendarmerie near the Thai army camp near him who will help you answer your questions. Eating right next to the restaurant, of course there are many more going forward. Also, if you have any questions, please contact your boss. He will be happy to answer your questions.

This has been the dirtiest place I ever stayed. Peeling paint. A "sofa" that was so filthy I wouldn't sit on it. The bathroom full of mouse droppings, a door that didn't even lock! A view onto a dusty courtyard. Electrical fittings either broken or antiquated. Check-in staff under a tree and not bothered to help. Dust, cobwebs, mildew.... This place may have been OK two weeks after it was built. 40 years ago... Since then.... Well let's say that's a no. I do not recommend staying there. I'd pay the extra for a clean place. I was there out of season. They could have used the time to clean... Sorry DEMOLISH the place and start over. Did I mention the door doesn't even frikken lock?

We left

I really don't like to rate places low (everyone's got to make a living right?) We booked and paid for this "motel" through Agoda and when we arrived they had no idea of the booking. It didn't take long to get that sorted and into the room. The grounds reminded me of some horror movie motel and the room itself the same. So the size of the room was huge, however, there was absolutly nothing nice about it. It smelt and looked liked it had been locked up for a decade. The toilet was dirty and the sink didn't even have a tap on it. Needless to say we turned around, packed the car and left after speaking to the manager. I called Agoda to see about a refund and explained to them the issues. They rang the motel and they agreed to refund which was good.

Basic local hotel

Actually, it's a satisfied local hotel with nice room (living zone + bed zone).
But the staffs were too lacal to work. They did not care or pay attention to guest.
When check in, they did not even inform us about the breakfast, and there was no receptionist or front desk staff at night, so after we got into our room, we needed to call to mobile number of the hotel manager to ask that "where and how we can have breakfast tomorrow morning?"
Then the breakfast service is self service which I was okay for lacal hotel like that, but they never check the restaurant to clean and fill the food.
As well, when we checked out, they did not give us a receipt.

Ok place, not great location

Hard to find as googe maps location was over 30 minutes in weing direction.
All very basic and old but spacious. Not particularly clean and there had been a wedding party the night before with evidence of it strewn everywhere, was Chinese new year too though. Staff friendly. Breakfast basic. Restaurant next door is good. Not worth the price compared to many others stayed in on this trip.
