Luxury guest house
I would like to express my huge gratitude to Laila and her big family. Family hotel Vacation House is definitely the nicest, the warmest and the most sunny place on Krabi! The hotel is located near the seashore - amazing views, unforgettable pictures! You can even have a breakfast on the beach, that's a real cherry on the cake! Having your morning coffee surrounded by palms, exotic flowers and sounds of sea waves and birds songs - what else you need for positive vibes and emotions?
Laila's family is so friendly, they are always smiling and ready to help. Laila is a great businesswoman and a very kind and nice person at the same time. She is committed to provide the best quality service and solve any possible issue.
I would like to wish Laila and her family all the best - strong health, prosperity and well-being. We are looking forward to come back here soon!

A super stay
We had a fantastic time at Vacation House. The room was clean, safe and in a beautiful location. The staff were warm and friendly, and we received superb customer service and communication before and during our three night stay.
We had breakfast as part of our booking on the beach each morning. The service and food was excellent. Laila and the team kindly organised taxi transfers and massages on the beach for us.
The location was not in the most tourist hot spot which was perfect for us. It has a 7/11 within walking distance and some restaurants along the seafront where you can watch the sunrise and sunsets.
We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Hi,
I want to recommend to stay in Vacation House.
The room was clean and the owner - Laila was really nice. She helped me to find a tours and book them, helped understand transports and booked my next hotel. Laila speaks in good English and she is helpful and kind.
I spend there 3 days more because I really liked there. Thanks:)

ok but not more
the room was clean but sterile and not cmfortable. extra bed on floor was charged with 350 tbh. owner was friendly and helpful. surroundings: street on one side and restaurant with music until approx midnight on other side. beach not far away but out of sight. included breakfast was good in the (a bit pricey) restaurant of relatives on the beach. the nicer parts of the beach are a little bit to the south. there are better places to stay for the same price.

Can't fault this place or the owner
I can't recommend vacation house enough, for facilities, price, friendliness or location.
Laila, who heads the family run business which also acts as a tourist group/travel agency, is wonderfully helpful. When we booked the room she emailed us offering her taxi service to collect us from Krabi airport, which is about an hour away, for 700 baht which was a reasonable price and meant peace of mind on arrival. On arrival at the inn we were greeted with fresh pineapple juice and offers for anything we needed, from information to umbrellas if it was a wet day.
Our room was perfect. Secure, comfy enough bed, good shower, plenty of power points, clean towels, clean room and with a fridge that was stocked daily with 2 complimentary bottles of water. Laila also gave us 2 beach towels which she replaced daily for no extra charge.
The inn is about 15 yards from the beach, we could see the sea through our window, and the beach front is lined with about 10 beach shack restaurant/bars that we ate at nearly every day and night. The food and drinks were delicious and the views over the beach and sea, especially at sunset, are incredible! I've read reviews that say these places close as they please during low season, but we went during low season and there were always several open from 10am up until 2am some nights, even the evenings when there were thunderstorms. Failing that there's the Irish embassy just over the road from Vacation House that does good grub and has an array of imported drinks for those craving some home comforts.
There's a 7-11 and a mini supermarket about 10/15 mins down the road which we walked to from our room.
When we were due to leave for phuket Laila arranged our taxis and ferry and let us have a late check out of 2pm, as well as printing our overnight train tickets off for future travels.
All in all Vacation House is a lovely place to stay, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff, a stunning location and a great little quiet get away for people wanting to avoid the more crowded spots like Aonang beach or Railay.
My wife and I would happily stay here again.
