Air condition was ok just make sure you book with it. Half rooms got just fans and some sites loke agoda show thats there is one and people are upset. Staff is lovley and helpfull. Very good location.

Not recommended.

Don’t book this place unless you want problems. Starting with the fat that when we arrived they couldn’t find our booking, gave us the wrong room (fan only) and insisted that’s what we paid for and then told us we needed to pay a 1,300 baht deposit that wasn’t mentioned before booking. Fast forward forward to check out, not only did they not have the money in hand and made our transfer wait knowing the time we were supposed to leave, they also said that we only paid 1,300 deposit and refused to give us other 100 baht.
In terms of the room, it was decent, although the could hear rattling above us which sounded like rats and went on day and night.
Honestly as far as budget travelling goes this goes beyond acceptable. No organisation and blatant disrespect.

For the price you pay it is a good stay. Clean, GREAT location - near to the beach / bars / restaurants. There’s also a bar attached to the place which is nice to have a drink in.
However, I would say that it is very noisy. Especially if you have the rooms towards the front. The first night we stayed at the back and it was quiet, the next day we got moved to E1 at the front and the noise was horrendous. Loud music, people screaming all through the night and even people shouting and talking very loud from the road in the morning. But overall, for the price you pay it is a decent stay.

Didn’t even use the room. Booked elsewhere. There was no way I was staying in this room. The smell was horrific.
