Clean and quiet
Good location , close to everything , aircon is good , rooms clean and tidy . Only disadvantage is no pool but it does say this . Lovely staff .

Thieft
I left 3 passports and cash in the hotel safe. The hotel called me to come back and pick them up after I checked out.
I collected everything, left, and counted the money. 150 euros were missing. I had counted it the night before and it was all there.
I returned to the hotel and checked the safe again. It was empty.
While I was there, a staff member, a colleague of the housekeeper, put his phone on the table. The calculator showed 1900 + 1900 + 1900.
That is exactly 3 x 50 euro notes missing = 5700 THB.
Note: The reception was not aware of this issue.
I do not recommend leaving valuables in the safe here.

We had booked 7 nights in this hotel for a family of 5.
I had sent an email to the hotel to ensure that an extra bed could be added, knowing that it was a room for 4 people with the possibility of adding a cot for a child under 12 years old.
Upon our arrival, we found that there were only two double beds. My children, aged 12 and 15, who are over 5'7", along with an 11-year-old, were unfortunately far too cramped to sleep together.
The hotel refused to provide us with an extra bed without charging more, even though that was not what had been agreed upon initially.
We wished to be refunded and cancel our reservation after two days, but that was also refused. We ultimately decided to leave and lose over 500 euros in order not to ruin our stay in Kho Phi Phi.
The hotel looks beautiful in photos, but is far from pleasant in reality: gloomy hallways and rooms, questionable sheets… I absolutely do not recommend this establishment, especially for families.

Totally unreachable
The hotel may be good, unfortunately we could not stay so I will not talk about the quality of the hotel. However, we are very disappointed with the management of our reservation at this hotel. Due to the current war situation, our flight was cancelled and unfortunately we were unable to get there.
We tried several times to contact the hotel (call + whatsap + booking) to request either a refund or a postponement of stay a week before arrival. Unfortunately, the establishment remained totally unreachable and never returned our messages.
Despite this, the amount of the stay was indeed charged and it was stated on Booking that the service had been honored, which is totally inaccurate since we were never able to stay at this hotel.
We understand that some situations can be difficult to manage, but the total lack of communication and proposed solution is very disappointing. We hope that a solution can still be found.

Cheap 2 night stay
Stayed here after a fabulous stay in kata for 2 nights.
Hotel/hostel is in a brilliant location. Reception area looks nice. Quick checkin and got in our room early.
Room seemed ok at first glance but was quite dirty and rough around the edges. Had to laugh at the extensive dos and donts and what the charges were if anything was damaged!
Bed was the best bit…it was large and so comfy.
The bathroom was shocking! The tap was loose and the shower was dangerous. Boiling hot water and hardly any cold. Tried to adjust for cooler water and it just dribbled out then turned VERY hot again.
Balcony was unusable. Rusty and filthy and only good for drying swimwear.
Enjoyed phi phi so much and wished we had stayed longer but in a different hotel….one with a pool as we really missed a cooling pool in the intense heat.
Wouldn’t return to this hotel/hostel but will definitely return to phi phi don.
