Again an unbelievably great and long ( 24 days) holiday at Ocean View.
Friendly staff, the breakfast was always great for us and a good start in another day at a nice beach/hotel.
The location is fantastic, one side at the main road ( not loud in the rooms, bungalows), the other side is right at Klong Dao beach and never crowded, while other places are.
A big thank you to "Ellie", the owner and all the staff, sorry, we couldn't say goodbye to all. Please tell the nice lady in the kitchen that she makes the best omelettes in the world, and I'll bring a present for her next year.
The hotel also rents bikes, if you take it longer you get a scooter for 200 baht a day, that's okay.
We stayed again in the main house in our preferred room, won't tell you which one...lol
Many people from Norway and Sweden, there are also bungalows for an affordable price.
The Koala Bar, that is with the hotel, is a fantastic location to have a beer, or some decent food.
I can only recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to see beautiful beaches and enjoy a fantastic service.

New beach
Quite ok breakfast where it was possible to order different egg roots. Small pool, good with sun loungers in the shade. BORING just with it dibs of chairs wherever you goNice restaurant Koala adjacent. This resort is located in the lower part of Klong Dao where it is a little quieter. Walkable beach, close to Saladan. Child friendly

We were positively surprised about the place.....
The beach is very long and with white sand. It's in the city, but nearby are a few fantastic restaurants.
I've been living in Thailand for 20 years, so I'd guess that I can differentiate between good and bad places.
This place offers a great holiday, they are very helpful, they will arrange a pickup service at the airport in Krabi and their price is hard to beat.
We've been staying one week and will have another week at this great place. They rent scooters/ motorbikes, here are plenty of places you can visit, the national park is just one of them.
When you go to the pier and see thousands of people arriving every day heading to Phi Phi Islands, you'll be glad that you have your nice place to stay.
Room service and other people are very nice, give it a try.
