This is a great place to stay. Good rooms, friendly staff and somewhere to park your car (which is normally very difficult in Ao Nang). very good price too. Thoroughly recommended.

You get exactly what you pay for at Lalissa. Great location and extremely friendly staff; however, the bed creaked so loud that it woke me up everytime me or my partner slightly moved and the shower did not get hot or even very warm which was disappointing.

Air conditioning worked super well and the room stayed cool all day despite the AC being off. Spacious room, convenient location near Ao Nang beach. Floors were clean but surfaces did not appear to be cleaned well between travellers’ stays. Was not pleased with the bathroom—shower had mould and was not well kept, toilet did not appear clean at all when we arrived. Did not know we had to put the sign on the doorknob to ask for cleaning so we didn’t have our room cleaned during our stay.

the place didn't like so much , smell like weed , no elevator , towels were very old .

The rooms are spacious and a good size, kind staffs but unfortunately it’s not worth staying here due to safety concerns.
I had to change rooms twice after raising concerns about security. The room door didn’t have a proper lock, and the balcony windows didn’t lock either, which made me feel unsafe. The toilet seat was completely crooked, and some of the lights were not working. Also, the AC takes a very long time to cool the room.
With better maintenance and attention to these details, this hotel could offer a much better experience.
