The Paradise on the Earth
1. Exclusively friendly, helpful and kind-heart staff – from chambermaids, waiters and concierges to the top managers.
2. Cleanliness and beauty in- and outside.
3. Comfortable beds and good linens.
4. Very good buffet breakfast, including an "egg-station": customized omeletts, fried eggs, etc., varied Thai and European dishes, fresh fruits and vegetables, excellent coffee and tea.
5. Tasty and affordable restaurant.
6. Immeasurable lake-like swimming pool with a palm trees island, waterfall, hydromassage fountains and bar with food a-la carte, cocktails and cold drinks.
7. Huge natural pond with flowering pink and white lotuses and water lilies where you can enjoy free canoeing.
8. A large natural park opening into a mangrove forest where you can ride bicycles for free.
9. Mosquito-free territory, safely treated.
10. Free shuttle to the nearest 7-eleven (<1km, on demand) and to the downtown.
The only minus: No cheese and fish at breakfast.

WARNING WARNING
if you have any standard of living.
The rooms are disgusting, the facilities seems abandoned.
It’s aged so poorly.
There is debris everywhere.
The rooms (I moved to 2 different rooms) both just as nasty as the next.
The location is terrible
Go 20 minutes away to get to the real beaches and restaurants.
This place is a scam.
DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PRICE

Nice surprise!
On the comfort side, nothing wrong: the room was nickel and very clean. A big thank you to the staff who were lovely to us; they are really natural kind and always ready to help, which makes all the difference.
We also enjoyed the pool which is very clean and well maintained. As for the meals, we ate well although, to be quite honest, we would have liked a little more choices at the buffet. But it remains very correct and we still feast!
In short, a great stay that we do not regret at all.

Avoid!
I hate to write this kind of review but given the hotel and the employees we came across seem to have little interest in the hotel I decided to write this to stop anyone else making the mistake we did.
1stly it’s important to point out the buildings and grounds deserve more, with care and attention this could be a really nice hotel, unfortunately it’s receiving neither.
From 1st arrival at check in we were met not by the normal Thai welcome but with at best, ambivalence.
We were then shown to our room which to say was tired understates quite how bad it was. Bed sheets were stained and the bathroom was something to behold with a bath which was stained in a way which made it frankly unusable.
We arrived late at night after a long journey and were very pleased to be leaving early the next day.
This hotel and the staff we encountered, in their current state deserve no stars. Unfortunately that is not allowable on Tripadvisor.
