The best hotel in chian mai

At first they give you necklaces of refreshing flowers and water then they give you a little tur where the staf treats you super well and not only at that moment but all the time in the resection and in the rooms there super nice stuffed elephants and food stand from a 5 star hotel

Rooms poorly designed, accident waiting to happen. Many unmarked steps. Mgmt won't pay for minor accident

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's pretty from the outside, but this is the worst designed hotel I've ever stayed in, and I travel a LOT. I rented a 3 bedroom private villa for over $3,800 USD for 2 nights. To enter each room, you have to step over a big wooded threshold (see first 2 pics). Then there were 4 'floating steps' in the unit just to go to the main room where there was a desk. (see next photo). Only 1 of the units had a railing that was wobbly and flimsy. Lastly, to go into the bedroom, there are 2 narrow steps on each side of the doorway (see the last 3 photos) and the doorway was short enough that I had to bend down to enter the bedroom.
When I got up in the night, I had to carefully navigate the 2 narrow steps on each side of the bedroom doorframe, then go down the 4 floating steps just to get to the bathroom, and then navigate my way back.
In addition to that, this hotel has many steps, many unmarked and some just 2". I didn't see one, tripped & chipped off the bottom of my from 2 teeth. I told them immediately. They were sympathetic & told me they would pay for me only to go to the hospital. I did refused, since hospitals are not dentist offices. I also had custom made partial, so another dentist would not be able to quickly 'fix' it.
When I got home, my dentist was able to fix it for under $900 - pretty reasonable. Considering the villa was over $3,800 USD, I didn't think $900 was asking that much. They absolutely refuse to give me any of the dental costs. Their reason is that I am the "only" person who has ever been injured on their property. They also said I signed a basic form when first checking in, that they are not responsible for any injuries. I also found out they do have insurance, but just don't want to file a claim.

Simply Amazing

We loved this hotel, with over 100 years old cabins and the comforts of a modern 5-star hotel. The best thing about the hotel is the attention of the hotel staff. Both at the reception and in the restaurant they made us feel at home. I recommend separating dinner at the hotel, it was our best meal in Chiang Mai!

Lovely little authentic Thai boutique hotel!

Lovely boutique hotel situated 5-10mins from the centre, this hotel has been converted from old thai homes and is gorgeous!
We had a villa with a private pool, the staff are so nice and pleasant, we got breakfast to our room every morning!
The facilities are really nice and it is located very close to Ban Pong Noi, where there is a lovely artist market - be sure to visit!

An amazing place to stay in Chiang Mai!! Authentic villas, peaceful setting, superb staff everything was just perfect! The hotel is also very close to Wat Umong and Baan Kang Wat.
