The location is good to travel surrounding areas by walking. Although the building is relatively old, it is good enough for what you need in travel. The most I appreciated is that there is a washing machine in the unit. And the hotel provides the laundry powder but I would recommend to buy the liquid one in 7-11. The hotel provides the rack in the balcony as well. But the bad thing is that the water pressure there is weak. Other than I like to stay there.

I had a great stay at Pleasant Chiang Mai. The location is excellent—very close to the airport, and the hotel offers a convenient airport pick-up service. Communication with the reception was smooth and efficient; I received quick responses to my emails.
There are two 7-Eleven stores within a 5-minute walk, which is very handy. The room was suite-style, spacious, and clean, with the added bonus of a washing machine. The hotel also features a nice pool, perfect for relaxing after a day out.
Both check-in and check-out were seamless. Just a heads-up: there’s a 1,000 THB deposit required at check-in, which is cash-only, but it was promptly refunded upon check-out.
Overall, I highly recommend Pleasant Chiang Mai for its convenience, comfort, and excellent service.
