Apartment like hotel! Great value!

Pros:
-Great price for size of room
-Staff was very friendly and helpful
-Location was PERFECT!
-711 next door to the hotel. When vacationing in Thailand this is priceless!
-Nice little porch in front of hotel to people watch/smoke.
-Lots of draft(and cans) beer choices.
Cons:
-Rooms are very basic! They appear to be more of a budget travelers apartment than a vacation hotel.
-Bathroom is very small. One person can use at a time.
-Balcony is small and doesn't offer a place to sit or a view to see.
-Room walls were all white, no decoration, and a fluorescent light. Too much white!
Some tips for the staff: If you would do the following 3 inexpensive things i think you would make your rooms 100 times more enjoyable!
1. Just paint one wall in the room a different color that white.
2.Buy some very cheap(yet beautiful) small paintings from the Sunday market and frame/hang a couple in each room.
3. Change the bright white light bulbs in the rooms with a warm colored light bulb.
Overall great value and would definitely stay again if i was just looking for an affordable place to stay in a good location.

Wonderful place

Me and my parents stayed 3 days in this nice hotel.We had very spacious and clean room, cleaning was every day . The breakfast was very good, there is a big variety.Reception girl (sorry can not recall her name) was very nice , she took care of us very well,appreciated.The hotel locates in very good area , you can reach everywhere fast.Also they can organize for you different trips.
Highly recomend this place to stay in Chiang Mai, you will enjoy your stay!

Perfect Place to Stay for Great Price

We really enjoyed our stay here. For the price, it is extremely clean and spacious. The location is walkable to most places in chiang mai and the staff is friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we ever go back.

We were rather amazed with the quality of this hotel

We were not expecting such high quality.
We stayed in a family room (2 adults+2 children) and found our room quite spacious, clean and quite even though it was right outside the reception/breakfast area. The toilet was super big and there was even a small terrace on the back where our kids liked to hang out.
Breakfast was one of the best we had on our 3 week holidays through Thailand and Myanmar and having stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels.
The owner was really nice and helpful and the hotel's location was also very convenient.
Next to the hotel there is a café and beer bar (run by the same owner) that we particularly loved. the coffee was great and you can find beers from pretty much anywhere in the world there.
Highly recommend it!

Chiang Mai is the most amazing place

We were travelling with a family of 2 young children and 4 adults. Our stay was exceptional.. the place had a simple yet boutique feel to it. It was on a quiet road off the main road with laundries and massage parlours steps away. We had the family room which was generous in space both bedroom and bathroom wise.. my daughter loved filling the tub and splashing about. Breakfast was exceptional.. a mixture of thai and continental bits.. twice we were doing day trips and they prepared exceptional packed breakfasts with hot drinks for us to take. The rooms were cleaned and towels replenished every day. The staff were very loving and caring towards us especially the children...one of the party did not eat pork and they tailored all our meals to be pork free which I felt was a really lovely personal touch. I cannot reccomend this place highly enough.. the value for money is great, location great ( easy access to tuk tuks night market etc), it's safe and convenient..the owners are lovely and staff treat you really well.. thank you soo much for taking care of us..
