Excellent location

Good location! Close to 7-11 and restaurants were open 24 hrs.
The room has a lot of space. Not a party hostel but it was ok for us.

Don't recommend it at all

Not a friendly feeling hostel. The bathrooms should definitely be cleaner. Street noise was loud at night but that's because of the hostel being on a main street. Also, because there's a bar down the street with music playing late. Not a pleasant stay. I should have read the 1 and 2 star reviews before I booked because now I can see that they are accurate. Can't recommend this place because there are too many other places that are super nice in Chiang Mai.

Who are you? We accept only the guest who had an experience here. We got similar wording and tone with other negative reviews posted under different names. If you sure you stay here please contact us direct. I’m happy to listen to your feedback and you are welcome to come back to stay here again with special discount.
We understand that being on a main street of chiangmai old town may loud at night. However, for guests who prefer a quieter stay, we also provide quiet room options.
Additionally, there's a bar far from our hostel around 300 meters away from the hostel, not directly down the street.

Very bad hostel in Chiang Mai

Loud at night because it's located on the main street. Bathrooms could be cleaner and toilet paper isn't always available. The staff is only interested in being on their phones so expect to have to go buy your own toilet paper. Read the 1 star reviews carefully to get a realistic description of the hostel.
The hostel tries to pretend the 1 star reviews are not real. Well...we are real. It's just not a nice place to stay. After 3 months of hostels in Thailand, this place is at the bottom of the list. Don't recommend it at all.

Thank you for your feedback. After checking our records, the only booking under the name “Sarah” checked out in January 2025. It was originally booked for 3 nights and extended by 1 more night. During that stay, no issues were reported to our staff.
Please note that during the high season, some supplies such as tissue paper may run low at certain times, but we always restock as quickly as possible. Our housekeeping team works daily until 16:00 to ensure cleanliness and replenish shared amenities. Guests are always welcome to let us know at the front desk if anything is missing, we’re happy to assist.
Additionally, we have noticed a pattern of very similar 1-star reviews across multiple platforms, using almost identical wording. If you were a real guest and would like to discuss your stay further, please feel free to contact us directly by email. We're open to hearing more and clarifying any misunderstandings.

Comfort and relaxed

super chill place, no hussle, got a home feeling without all the regular hostel procedures, basically comfortable place to explore the old city or just hangout and drink free coffee in the balcony. cleaning daily or even twice i think, even have free shmapoo or soap. gym nearby with free access. def not a party hostel, but a place you can meet nice people to actually talk talk. location super comfortable, on north wall road.
