Beautiful hotel - the grounds are gorgeous and our room was fantastic. It felt like we were in the jungle.
The owner and the staff were really friendly and very helpful.
Beakfast was lovely.
We wish we had found it from the beginning of our trip to Chiang Mai.

A calm green oasis is the city

An excellent place to stay, a green oasis amongst the town. The owner and his family are wonderful, Niwat is an authority on ferns and has created the most amazing collection of ferns surrounding the superbly restored rice barns. It really feels like living in the jungle! The accommodation is first class throughout, extremely comfortable with an excellent breakfast and on site restaurant (Brownies). This place is a must for anyone who wants to feel they are staying in the forest not the city!

Overall a very pleasant stay! The location is around 8km away from the city, but very accessible by either taxi or motorbike. Such a special experience to try living in a tree house.
Breakfast is simple but very hearty! The owner himself is so kind, making us feel home.
Hope the cleanness could be improved in the future :)

What an amazing experience!! Birds chirping in the morning and a beautiful fern forest setting to wake up to… the most wonderful experience is the staff who are kind, gentle, helpful and goes beyond their way to assist guests. Highly recommended.
