A great spot in a great location

This guest house is delightful, and in an amazing location! Our family stayed in two rooms on the top floor, and the owners went out of their way to help accommodate us, from early checkin to letting us leave our stuff during the day and even clean up before our flight out of Chiang Mai, even though we had already checked out. The rooms were clean, very up-to-date, and the bathrooms were some of the best we’d seen in Thailand! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect international/Thai fusion breakfast

A perfect improvised breakfast on my way to Friday morning Market. Very cozy and friendly staff. Clean and very quiet. On two floors, food on the ground floor, rooms on the first.
Very good music in the background.

Great place!

Very welcoming, great location, clean, beautiful rooms, very good breakfast with vegan/vegetarian options. The rooms can be a bit noisy, but it comes with the great location just above the night market. The nicest staff I met in Thailand!

"Excellent location, great food, good rooms"

We originally booked for two nights' stay at Boonnark B&B, but extended our stay by an extra two nights due to the location, the cleanliness of our updated room, and our great breakfast. The hotel staff/owners were extremely friendly, polite and accommodating. They went the extra mile by asking us each day what we wanted for breakfast the next morning, as well as what time we wanted it ready. We will definitely be returning to the Boonnark B&B the next time we visit Chiang Mai!
