Noisy! Avoid! Unfriendly.

So I couldn't sleep because if the room nr 5 which is on the noisiest street - mentioned mountain view- which is not! It's on the opposite side. Complete waste ...I was awake again at 6 by the noisy of cars and motorbikes! I am not someone who complains a lot but this was the worse room ever even if it's look nice but if you can't sleep than it's not worth staying in. The worse experience ever.how these even reviews are good I don't know...kind of also confused on TripAdvisor reviews as there exist de Klang vieng (which has good reviews...just avoid at all cost!!!

Located right next to a very busy road, so I couldn't sleep until 1 am cause my window overlooked tge street. Maybe it's less loud with windows tp the other side. Otherwise clean and tey provide free water

Amazing location, value, friendliness, generosity, and SUPER CLEAN!!!!

Liked · amazing location (can walk to most places), super clean facilities and room, a/c worked great, our family room was very comfortable, the owner was accommodating to every request. housekeeping did a great job when we asked for it. extra bed for my daughter was only a thin bed on the ground. after the first night it was uncomfortable and cold, so we requested another actual mattress and comforter. they brought it to us promptly. on Christmas day, they gave us a gift of amazing and soft banana bread and a fresh mango. there was complimentary filtered water in the lobby, and sometimes little pastries for us to eat if desired.
Disliked · charged us an additional 3% for using credit card to pay for the hotel stay upon check-in. this was unexpected and after complaining about it, they compensated us by offering us free coffee for each of our family. the a/c in the kitchen did not work (but it was no big deal); it was so humid and a bit cool that our swimsuits never really dried. had to use the laundromat down the street to dry it. our room never got much sun, but it was not the hotel's fault.
